ellie meets some golfers!

We happened across some free practice round tickets for the Bridgestone tournament and grabbed them up! What's even more fun, we took Ellie with us to her first ever professional golf tourney!

Her favorite part was the bus ride. No car seat. She loved it!

Trying to find some action.
Ellie and Daddy watching Charles Howell III tee off. He it teeny and hits it a loooooonnggg way.

Phil. His first tourney back since his wife and mother have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Poor dude.

Just hanging out at a good watchin' spot. She would stand at the ropes and wish the players luck as they walked by. "Good Luck Mr. Westwood!" They would always look at her and smile. She is a secret weapon!

Lunch. Eat every bite girl, that dog was expensive! I actually paid $2 for a snickers bar!

Hot dogs and pb&j!

Since it was E's first time, we bought a flag and I stood in the autograph spots. It was me and little boys. Don't think I didn't elbow them out of the way. We got some good ones too! Let's see, we got: Kenny Perry, Danny Lee, Anthony Kim, Lee Westwood, Darren Clarke, David Toms, Retief Goosen, Heinrich Stinson, Grahme Mcdowell, Soren Hanson, Sean O'Hair, and the most important one, Stuart Applebee. Oh, is he cute! There is Ellie with the flag.

An apple with a bee on it...get it?!? He is so clever.

There he is! Cute! Cute! Cute! I whispered to him that he is my favorite golfer (cause I didn't want the little boys to laugh at me) and he goes "I know, but don't tell anyone." And then he winked at me. Sigh.
Waiting for Tiger. It was a madhouse. We left. We know what he looks like.
Bus ride home with a new friend. Named Teddy.
It was a great day! Just think, one day, we will be taking Ellie to her 13th professional tourney and reminising about the first time we took her when she was 3. Oh I hope she likes it as much as mom and dad do!

She looks so grown up! Sounds like you guys had a great time :o) Jaden watches golf on TV and yells, "In the hole!" right after they hit it :o)

Ok, so I read your older post about the snot vomit... Sounded SO familiar :o) Nobody ever said being a mom was a glamorous job! Someday a little child will puke on our girls and we'll die laughing when we read THEIR blogs! Glad to know I'm not alone...

Love her blue hat. Of course the most important part of golfing is looking cute, right? She's got the cute thing down!
