Not trying to dole out unsolicited advice, but what we did was explain to Morgan that her new bedtime was 6pm but for every minute she napped in her bed (or at least layed there quietly) that was 1 more minute she could stay up....so that if she took a 2 hour nap, then she could stay up until 8pm (which was her original bedtime) It took ONE day of her having to go to bed at 6pm for her to decide she'd rather sleep during the day than have to go to bed at 6pm!!!!!
